  • How long does it take to get started?

    We kick off with an Architecture Session. After this session, we need 1 week to implement our Kubernetes stack in your environment. Then we plan an Onboarding session to introduce you to the platform and install your first application on Kubernetes.

  • What is your pricing?

    We have 3 pricing-tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum). We have a very clear and transparent pricing structure for our services. Let us show you in a meeting.

    In any case: running Kubernetes with Pionative is more affordable than doing it yourself.

  • What happens on Production Incidents?

    Our platform is setup to prevent production incidents from happening.

    If a production incident occurs, we have a team of experienced Kubernetes engineers on stand-by to fix your environment as soon as possible.

  • Do you also offer 24x7 support?

    Yes, we offer 24×7 support in our platinum tier. Contact us for more information.

  • When working with Pionative, do I still need a Kubernetes Engineer?

    No. We will take care of the Kubernetes Infrastructure and the platform components. Your engineers can focus on using the Kubernetes platform, instead of maintaining it.

  • What happens when I terminate the contract with Pionative?

    Everything keeps running. All components are installed in your cloud environment. We even give you the code. We use your git repositories for all your infrastructure code. You can take over the maintenance yourself.

  • Which cloud environments do you work with?

    We support most cloud environments. We are currently running Azure, AWS, GCP, UpCloud, Leaseweb and on-premise environments.

  • Can you guarantee that the platform works as it should?

    Yes, our Kubernetes stack currently runs in production for more than 16 happy clients.

  • I don’t have a cloud environment yet, what do I need to setup before we can get started?

    We can install the complete cloud environment. This will be part of the initial implementation in the first 7 days. We will discuss the details in an Architecture session.

  • Can you integrate in my existing cloud environment?

    We can integrate in your existing cloud environment. Contact us for more information about integrating with your existing private networks.

  • Can I install my own platform components on Kubernetes?

    Yes, all components that we use are inter-changeable. You can choose to install and maintain your own platform components on top of Kubernetes. You can also ask us to install and maintain additional components for you.
